The future of business runs itself. SoftSync is the operating system that makes it happen.

Most CRMs are a pre-AI database with a chat box bolted on. We labelled every object, field and relation from day one and built an MCP harness so a model can actually work the data — not guess at it. Don't take our word for it. Time it against yours. softsync.ai

What she said...
Just love making people excited.. We are trying to make AI do the onboarding for you.. You don't even need to know AI to use it.. As most people are not superusers, they are regular SaaS users. So we want to make sure they can feel the AI magic without knowing how to prompt <3

Everyone has AI. Almost nobody knows what to prompt. Agent Factory in SoftSync follows you and turns every open task into a ready agent. One click to Claude. You don't need to know how to prompt. Just work. We will make the most capable Agent do the work.

Switching systems shouldn't be a leap of faith. Keep your old setup running until your team says it's ready. No cutover date. No payment until you're happy.

We love happy customers. A creator asked Celine about a cross promo. A few minutes later she was a SoftSync customer. She’s a real customer who signed up, not a paid collab.

Can confirm, she's real. We built the AI to run the business so she wouldn't have to become one. The rest of the company runs on AI.

@ArafatMd93059 just pitched me a partnership for my "AI digital human." I think someone must have misunderstood SoftSync. We don’t sell AI digital humans. We build AI to run your business. And if you wanna prof that I am real human. Book a demo with me and I will help you run your business.. Maybe also AI human with Arafat at some point 😅

🇳🇴 We're proud Norwegians building an American AI company. But honestly, why couldn't we build it in Norway? We have the talent, ambition and resources. Yet it often feels like our system makes it harder to build than to play it safe. Is it taxes, access to capital, or our culture around success? Entrepreneurs around the world, does your country actually support you in building something big, or does it hold you back? Genuinely curious. 🌍

Today it runs your customers. Tomorrow it runs the rest of the business. Just the beginning. 🚀👩‍🚀
We never set out to build a CRM. But when people saw what SoftSync AI could do, “CRM” was the word they reached for. So we started using it too. It was the fastest way to make people understand the product. It worked. But it became too small. So we’re moving away from it. SoftSync AI is your business toolkit. The CRM is the foundation, not the product. Will we change the wording again? Probably. That’s part of building. But this is the version that doesn’t limit us today 🤓

From an army of sales reps to one AI workforce. Our CCO Celine shares how SoftSync and Claude filled her calendar.
Almost a month ago I wrote my first post here on X. I didn't expect much. Now my feed is full of builders and founders. A lot of you have DMed me and aaked how we did it. So i want to give you guys something back for the support. So here's the honest answer. A few months ago my days were tabs. LinkedIn, email, spreadsheets, calendar, CRM. Copying the same name between five tools. Writing follow-ups at midnight. Then we connected Claude to SoftSync. SoftSync gives the structure. Claude does the work. Now I give it one instruction, and it: → Finds the right prospects → Spots buying signals → Researches the company → Writes outreach that sounds like me → Follows up when I forget → Handles replies → Books the meeting in my calendar Today my calendar is full. Not random calls. Our exact target audience ready for onboarding. I just show up to the meetings and my calendar is completely FULL ❤️✌🏼 If you're a founder doing sales yourself, I want to help. Comment "SYNC" and I'll reach out personally with a demo of my setup, and maybe a code so you can try it yourself.
There's a new version of this post

Connect our MCP to your agents and every move they make is logged in the CRM. When a new agent picks up the task, nothing slips. With AI SDRs everywhere, the CRM matters more than ever. It's where humans see what the agents are doing. And easier to track and build harness around their work.

Your CRM is no longer a database. It's context for your agents. Closed-lost reactivation, job change sync, ICP scoring. All agent-run. That's why we built SoftSync model-first, with an MCP that ships skills, not just tools.

Your CRM enriches itself while you browse. Agents take over the repetitive work. Save any workflow as a skill and reuse it anywhere. Too many apps. Now one. softsync.ai

Celine showing what the difference between building AI first and bolting a chatbot onto a legacy API + codebase actually looks like. Want to test it? Start a timer. Run the same tasks in Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio and SoftSync. Then compare how long it takes to actually get the work done. Enjoy. You’re welcome 😎 Want to see it yourself? Book a demo with Celine. Go to our website and request access.
Your CRM "works with AI." Cool. What is the AI actually allowed to do? I opened the MCP connectors in Claude and counted. The gap is bigger than you'd think👀

New onboarding experience with Celine coming soon. 👇
Most onboarding flows are just "skip, skip, skip." We're doing the opposite. Small hints I recorded myself, triggered in context. Skippable, but worth not skipping. Tell me the onboarding moment that actually made something click for you. I'm collecting them!
