Leaving gave me time to think about where I created the most value. It wasn’t creating campaigns. It was building systems. Improving process. Solving problems. Helping teams trust data and logic over emotion. Changing culture is hard. Driving outcomes is worth it. On to the next.

Today is my first day off since Christmas.
