Everyone I dealt with was really nice and not robotic. There was a personal touch to each conversation. It felt natural and not fully scripted.

The man who helped me over the phone was a godsend, very polite, even had a little giggle but apologised for laughing haha. But it was a lovely short call, no stress, and a lot of help right there on the call and after it was all done and I didn't need to worry anymore.

Even though I didn't get extra help financially to look after my husband which I have to accept I would like to thank the staff for their kindness and help.
