Please note that while the Conqueror of the Damned Commendation will account for historical wins in Last Ship Standing, these can only be calculated and added to your Commendation progress following your next LSS win when this Event returns. Our apologies for the lack of clarity!

We are aware that some users are encountering errors when attempting to sign in or create an account. Thank you for your patience while we investigate this issue. We'll update as soon as we have more — keep an eye on support.xbox.com.
Good news — the earlier Xbox issue should now be mitigated. You should once again be able to launch games, sign in, and complete purchases. Thanks for sticking with us through a long one. Let us know if anything still looks off: support.xbox.com

XBOX incident update: we apologize for the long-running nature of this issue. Things are slowly improving, though players worldwide may still experience failures launching games, along with potential sign-in and purchase issues. Watch here or at support.xbox.com for updates.
Another update on the game library, sign-in, and game launch issue: our teams are focused on multiple investigation angles and remain hard at work. Thanks for your patience while teams keep working — we'll share more details as they become available here or at support.xbox.com.

Apologies for the short notice, but the current Last Ship Standing Event will end at 12pm UTC today due to issues with Cashewbeard and players remaining in matches after sinking. Our team are actively investigating these issues, and we will share an update before the next Event.
The team has deployed a server hotfix to address cases of some Last Ship Standing winners having their ships automatically destroyed before they leave the Sea of the Damned. This hotfix is still rolling out but should soon be in place for all players.
We're aware that some winners of Last Ship Standing battles are reporting their ship being automatically destroyed before they can return from the Sea of the Damned. This issue is being investigated and we'll update you as soon as we know more. Thanks for your patience.
Please note that the X25 Emote that was highlighted in our most recent episode of Sea of Thieves News has been postponed and will be available at a later date. We will share an update when a new window for claiming this in-game benefit has been decided.
We are aware that Pop-Up Plunder is not working as intended. We're unable to fix this during the Community Weekend period, so to ensure a better experience for all we have turned this feature off for this event and will ensure it returns with a vengeance in the next! Sorry for any inconvenience.
The Sea of Thieves servers are back online and this issue has now been resolved. All pirates should now receive their Bilge Rats Weekender Challenge checklists as expected.
We are aware of an issue where the Bilge Rats Weekender challenge list is blank and appears to auto-complete when a pirate logs in. The team are actively investigating this.
The image below shows how this parchment should look, showing this Event's challenges:
ALT Bilge Rats Challenges: 1) Sip grog while bathing in a ship full of water heated by a volcano 2) Drunkenly bunk down in an Ancient Gold Fortress bed 3) Take a ride on a Harpoon Rowboat attached to a Megalodon 4) Using a Horn of Fair Winds, launch a pirate from another crew off their ship 5) Dance with four other pirates while wearing a hat during a Bilge Rat Firework display
Our team has now identified the issue causing players to receive blank Bilge Rats Weekender Challenge checklists. To resolve this, all servers will be briefly taken offline in approximately 30 minutes, so head to an Outpost and hand in your loot! Thank you for your patience.

Following player reports, our team have identified and deployed a fix meaning that players starting sessions on Open Crew Galleons should now set sail without issue, and no longer be at risk of becoming stuck on the Crew Roster screen. Happy sailing!
Following investigation, the team found an issue causing crews to become stuck indefinitely in matchmaking tunnels, leading to excessive wait times when diving to Last Ship Standing. We've made improvements behind the scenes in the live game, but are watching the data in case more needs to be done.
Update: As these players could use Doubloons they shouldn't have had to purchase high-value items, any Black or Smugglers' Market goods they've bought since the reset will be removed from their inventories in the next few days; they will need to be re-purchased with Doubloons earned fairly post-reset.
The team have now applied the Amethyst Mercenary Eyepatch to all pirates who claimed the cosmetic via our most recent round of Twitch Drops, but were yet to receive it. The Mercenary Eyepatch that was awarded by mistake will remain in your chests.
