why merged mining matters for a new chain:
a fresh PoW chain usually launches with almost no hashrate, which makes it cheap to attack.
SOQ rides scrypt work miners already do on LTC and DOGE. security borrowed from an established base, from block one. that's the coalition.
where SOQ's security comes from on day one:
AuxPoW merged mining. one scrypt rig submits work to Litecoin, Dogecoin and SOQ at once, no extra hardware or power.

NIST's clock, plainly:
RSA-2048 and ECC P-256 get deprecated after 2030, disallowed after 2035. every chain signing with ECDSA or Ed25519 is migrating inside that window.
