Marlins are getting what they deserve for bringing Stowers back so quickly and optioning Deyvison instead of DFA’ing Jimenez. Stowers is producing replacement level offense at best while also doing the bare minimum on defense and the basepaths.

The umpires have played a ridiculous part in this game. Truly. This should be a BASES CLEARING double and the umpires got it WAY wrong, standing right over the play, and now they’ll place runners on 2nd and 3rd and the Marlins will be down 1 instead of tied. INSANE.
