The Arima Kinen race will always hold a special place in my heart. People around the world are united because of "Dreams". As naïve as it may sound, it is the truth. To be productive, to contribute to the world. We were told that it was what we need to do. We do, even if it wasn't what we truly want to do. And every day, we lose a little bit of ourselves, bit by bit, until there's nothing left. We stop dreaming. Lets be honest. You didn't expect much when you first heard about this funny franchise of anthropomorphic horses. The concept was far too bizarre for you to take it seriously. You had low expectations for the game; Just like how nobody expected Tokai Teio to perform in the 1993 Arima Kinen after a year of hiatus. And yet, Tokai Teio pulled through. And then you learn about the lore. The true story behind each and every single one of these racehorses. Reigning Champions, Underdog Stories, Impossible Comebacks, Generational Rivalries... Among this massive gallery of "Umamusume", you might even have discovered your "Oshi". Maybe it's her lore. her personality. her reason to run. Or perhaps, you saw a part of "You" in her. and then you start to imagine; "What if, just what if" From that moment onwards, You Dream.
