@marcvl I have been supporting Algorand daily since 2019 and I say these things with respect.
Reviewing LinkedIn, you have a bloat problem in the company.
Too many βcreative/marketingβ titles on LinkedIn that offer no measurable value.
I tried very hard to get some alpha from @fredestante and @LoafPickle. Listen/watch until the end to see them peer into the future.
Empower the engineers. @nbougalis is a huge step in the right direction.
But the company identity needs to change. We donβt need more Ukraine flags and pronouns.
We need nerds and business professionals. Run Lean and serious.
