On “I Survived” all the men’s stories are like…bear attack. Or “I was trapped in an avalanche.” And all the women’s stories are like “I was doing a mundane thing I do every day and a casual male acquaintance I thought was cool stabbed me 10 times and shoved me into a ravine.”

I saw Lost Highway as a teenager and it changed my life forever because it introduced me to David Lynch and Angelo Badalementi. His music was such a huge part of Twin Peaks and all things Lynch and I'm crushed he is gone. There was no one else like him.
The New School is one of the most expensive schools in NYC (I went there and will be in debt for life). They have plenty of money to pay their employees a livable wage and this is especially ghoulish considering xmas is in like 2 weeks.
Tonight I got to see @robdelaney talk about his new book and then I came home and read the entire thing in one sitting and everyone should go buy it right now. It's 2am but still.
Years ago when I worked in a music venue, I walked outside to see someone had put a stuffed Alf in the basket of my bicycle. I still have him. Bless free Alfs.
