BREAKING: Kaso laban sa Kasibu 3, ibinasura ng korte
Ibinasura ng Municipal Trial Court ng Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya ang mga kasong grave coercion at resistance and disobedience to a person in authority laban sa mga katutubong tanggol-kalikasan na sina Donny Dugay, Leijin Dugay, at June Fiataccag.
Ayon sa korte, walang judicial probable cause para ituloy ang kaso dahil nabigo ang prosekusyon na patunayang nasa pampublikong kalsada ang barikada.
Nagmula ang mga kaso sa warrantless arrest sa tatlo noong Agosto 19, 2026. Inaresto sila habang nasa barikadang hinaharangan ang tangkang pagpasok ng pitong drum ng krudo sa Barangay Pao para sa mining exploration activities ng North Luzon Mineral Resources Corporation (NLMRC).
