This weekend has been sick as mainly it’s been all musical greatness from Glastonbury in my timeline rather than love Island.
Before your head hits the pillow tonight, remind yourself of the things you did right. Let go of the things you could have done better. Be patient with yourself, and remember that big things are achieved not all at once, but rather one day at a time 🙏🏼
Not celebrating my birthday this year.
Due to every aspect of my life atm.
Anyway. . .
There’s always next year 🙏🏼
#TimeAreHard
Making peace with the past opens you up to love, adventures and allows you to apply the lessons you have learned with a new calmness.
👌🏼
Have a good week people and I wish you all the best in happiness, health and wealth 🙏🏼
Letting go is the unblinding and disentangling of old behaviour patterns that keep pulling you into unnecessary mental tension and worry.
When you can be okay with certain things not having gone a certain way, life begins again.
Letting go does not mean you have given up and it does not mean you no longer care.
It means that you are releasing the attachments of the past that keep getting in the way of your happiness and mental clarity.

Pass a compliment, be positive, crack a joke with someone, smile. Try and be understanding of people are off with you as you never know what someone’s going through
1 : Messers.
2 : Those who only contact / speak to you when they want something or need you.
Apart from that I’m a humble guy to people that share this earth 👍🏼
Anyone that knows me knows that, I never judge a book by its cover and I also have time for anyone and treat those how you expect to be treated yourself.
