Watching the Liver King doc reminded me of the time Bear Grylls told @louistheroux that he hadn’t farted in years and he ate steak every night. Sure it’s not deceiving millions of people about steroid abuse but it’s as equally bonkers to make up. Think about it like twice a year

The soldiers raided my house today, they wanted to revenge from me for participating in the @BBC documentary “ the settlers” , after the army left the settlers raided my house, they injured one activist and cut the tree, they stole tools and the garbage containers.
The Israeli police officer came to threaten me not to file a complaint if so I will be arrested for trying to push the settlers outside my house. It is

The new Freddie Flintoff documentary is one of the most revealing sports films I've ever seen. Incredibly brave of him to open up about the Top Gear crash and the impact it's had on his life. Heartbreaking at times but shows what a remarkable person he is
