On Friday night, 280 people gathered outside HMP Eastwood Park, where Gaie Delap is currently imprisoned, for a vigil led by Quakers.
Friday was Gaie's 78th birthday.
Gaie was returned to prison because the tagging company failed to fit a tag after she was released.

Abigail Percy Ratcliff was found guilty by a jury at Chichester Crown Court today, after she climbed a gantry over the M25 in July 2022.
Abigail, 25, took action prompted by UK temperatures topping 40C for the first time, causing multiple fires to spread through the country and resulting in the busiest day for the London Fire Brigade since the second world war.
At the same time she was found guilty and sentenced, fires continue to burn through Los Angeles.

Another friend sentenced to prison today. Pat and I have organised together for years - doorknocking and raising local awareness of climate collapse. A doctor by day and a community champion by night.
Now he’s been sentenced to a year in prison for disrupting an Esso petrol station two years ago ⛽️ This is the punitive, illogical and arbitrary justice system in todays Britain.
Let’s never forget that Esso is a subsidiary of ExxonMobile, whose own scientists predicted the global catastrophe we’re witnessing now, back in the 1980s. Since then, Exxon has funded climate denial, misinformation and delay, in full knowledge that they are causing the problem and that they could have stopped it.
And instead of these criminals, it’s people like Pat who are in prison. What a joke.
