🚨 President Trump's US DOJ drops the HAMMER serving 7 subpoenas to Nevada's secretary of state to authenticate voter rolls and voter information to verify that ONLY U.S. citizens are voting in Nevada elections. Sources: Fox5 news, @TheSCIF
Trump's DOJ drops the HAMMER serving 7 subpoenas to Nevada's secretary of state to authenticate voter rolls and voter information to verify that ONLY U.S. citizens are voting in Nevada's elections. If everything is legal, they have nothing to hide, and only U.S. citizens are voting in Nevada, then what's the problem with having the DOJ check? It seems Nevada may have something to hide from the DOJ, and we're going to find out.

"I have detected, since the beginning of the White House [Government Transparency] Task Force, a new sentiment in the Justice Department, in the prosecutorial world." @jsolomonReports argues that the DOJ is no longer playing around. From federal agencies like HSI driving a case against Ilhan Omar, to grand juries actively targeting high-profile figures, he tells me the era of inaction is over: "I've seen more accountability activity before grand juries and in courts in the last eight weeks than I saw, quite frankly, in the first six years of the two Trump presidencies."

Let me break down what I'm seeing and hearing here from DR. I don't know DR's source for these materials , but they appear completely legit and are profoundly disturbing. These are leading members of the Democrat Party hatching up the following strategy: 1. After the midterms, use the DSA to incite and carry out violent civil unrest. 2. Make the violent civil unrest so bad that Trump must invoke the Insurrection Act. 3. Use the invocation of the Insurrection Act to create a national sense of illegitimacy whereby Democrat governors appear justified in taking the extreme action of refusing to acknowledge federal authority and push to form a new form of federal government via various means, including an Article V transformation of the Constitution. Maybe there is more to this and it's not as bad as it seems, but right now this appears to be a conspiracy to create the next Fort Sumter. This is a CIA-style color revolution in real time, on our own soil. (Of course the legacy media is nowhere near this--it takes us Internet randos to get the word out.)
The past few days, I got my hands on thousands of new transcripts and hundreds of recordings, thanks to leads from @SKDoubleDub33 and @iamlisalogan . You've heard that the DSA is proposing structural reforms to America, including abolishing the Senate and imposing term limits. What you not have heard is - there is an operational plan to put it all into action. If the Democratic Party sweeps 2026, then DSA will become "foot soldiers" in constant clashes with the administration to cross a "red line" or invoke a "doomsday scenario" - meaning, President Trump invokes the Insurrection Act, probably sometime in 2027. Then, a lot of coordinated responses kick off, including delegitimizing the federal government itself and handing that legitimacy to Democratic governors. 2028 then becomes a vote on whether to keep America governance as-is or to burn it all down to appease a "young and brown" demographic. The mysterious group who's been coordinating 50501, Indivisible, and coordinating the NoKings protests is called "United Democracy Alliance" and their intellectual leader is Erica Chenoweth who came up with the 3.5% rule of nonviolent regime change. Patience. I know I've hyped this more than anything else. It's genuinely the biggest discovery I've had. This is an enormous archive. This is only the beginning.

. @RoKhanna, masked rioters torched the historic Limoges City Hall. Its clock tower collapsed. Government buildings attacked. Stores looted. Police assaulted. Thousands arrested. A Paris synagogue was ransacked. Jewish-owned businesses were damaged in Marseille. France has also suffered deliberate arson attacks on historic churches, including Nantes Cathedral and Notre-Dame-des-Champs, although those were separate incidents in earlier years. And you’ve decided this is all about wealth inequality and smaller classrooms? Who are the rioters? Who’s organizing them? Why are they attacking these targets? What evidence supports your explanation? You don’t answer a damn thing. Instead, you lump together unrest in three different countries and use it to sell your Next New Deal. Ro, you’re not investigating what’s happening in France. You’re exploiting it to sell your politics.
From the high schools of France to the streets of Madrid to the universities of Tirana, young people are telling their governments the same thing: in an age of massive wealth inequality, they want a future they can believe in. In France, students and teachers are asking for safe schools, enough teachers and smaller classes. In Spain, for affordable rent and housing. In Albania, for good jobs and an end to corruption. @JDVance says this is what happens when a nation lets in too many immigrants from the global south. He is not just morally wrong, but misreading the moment. The is what happens when nations let wealth and power accumulate in the hands of a few. This is what happens when young people lose hope in their future. In America, let us listen to our young. We need an economic and political transformation. America's Next New Deal.

New poll out and James is only up 6: 🔵 Letitia James 51% 🔴 Saritha Komatireddy 45% That’s basically half the lead she had last month. People who actually watched the debate went hard for Saritha. Independents are moving her way too. James has used the AG’s office for politics while crime and fraud keep hitting regular people. Saritha’s a former federal prosecutor who’ll actually do the job. @sarithaforny has my support. Vote November 3. 🇺🇸

Obama's FBI Director Jim Comey oversaw an attempted coup against a duly elected President. NY AG Tish James campaigned in 2018 on going after President Trump, then persecuted him and his family. And Obama's lawfare allies and friendly judges made sure Comey and James escaped accountability. Now he lectures us about 'selectively targeting' political opponents?
It is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can’t selectively target individuals simply because of their political beliefs or what they say. But that’s exactly what the Trump Administration is doing to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota. To understand why this is so appalling, it’s important to know the facts. Congresswoman Omar came to this country with her father when she was 12 years old. Five years later, her father became a naturalized citizen. If Ilhan had been 18 at the time, she would have had to apply for citizenship separately. But because she was 17, she became a naturalized citizen automatically. Congresswoman Omar went on to graduate from college, work as a community organizer, become the first Somali-American legislator elected to public office in the U.S., and win a seat in Congress. There, she has been one of the Trump Administration’s fiercest critics, which has led the president to repeatedly single her out as someone who he believes does not belong in this country. Now the Administration is actively trying to deport Congresswoman Omar, seemingly based solely on the unsubstantiated theory that she was actually 18 when her father was naturalized, and therefore is not a citizen. Federal agents have raided her home, confiscated personal records, and seized her phone — all to try and uncover a nonexistent smoking gun from 20 years ago that will somehow make their case. Think about that. The full weight of the federal government is being brought down on a law-abiding elected official because she has dared to criticize the president. And it’s not the first time this has happened. Under President Trump, the Justice Department has repeatedly gone after those he considers his political enemies — from the Attorney General of New York, to the former head of the FBI, to members of the Federal Reserve. In those cases, the prosecutions either stalled or were dismissed for having no basis in law, and the same is likely to happen in this case. But not before Congresswoman Omar’s life has been turned upside down, her legal bills have piled up, and she’s been forced to spend time fighting unsubstantiated charges instead of serving the people of Minnesota. The fact that any president, or any administration, is willing to engage in such transparent efforts to intimidate someone should outrage all Americans, regardless of how they feel about Congresswoman Omar’s political views. Because if this becomes the new normal, there’s no reason to believe it will stop with her — or that future presidents, in either party, won’t do the same.

I am really STRUGGLING with the silence from many Christians and worse… the not so subtle suggestion for ME to sit down. Have you felt that? I am called to stand up and to act. I am called by Jesus Christ to run towards the battle, even if nobody, but Him, is beside me. I don’t want to, I am scared and weak in all honesty and humility, but I will do it every single day for my children and for yours and for those to come and trust that God is leading me to lead others. I am certainly no expert on scripture, which is WHY I am struggling, but I know in my heart that God wants this from me: 1. To expose evil and deceit whenever I see it. 2. To push for justice for victims and promote policy that decreases the amount of victims in the future. 3. To forgive and pray for those people. He pushes me to do all three of these things at the same time. I feel like I keep being told by Christians that the scripture points to letting God handle evil but that doesn’t make any sense to me. Like I said in my book, he uses the machinery of this earthly world to create miracles… to bring people into the light with even the darkest hearts, and sometimes WE are that machinery for others. Like I said, I don’t know the scripture well. I read the Bible with my youngest every morning, I listen to a variety of sermons and I attend Church and my small group. I’m doing all the things I can to learn, but I feel like this vague modern sentiment and what I am reading on my own are not the same thing. As a new believer, I am hungry to learn. What am I doing wrong? What is the thru-line between serving God and being a good citizen?

Peggy Flanagan refuses to name the problem: Somali gang violence. Minnesotans shouldn’t have to fear bullets flying at high school football games. I’m proud to be endorsed by the Minnesota Police and Peace Officers Association and the Police Officers Federation of Minneapolis. In the U.S. Senate, I’ll stand with law enforcement, crack down on Somali gang violence, and hold violent criminals accountable. Minnesota deserves safe communities and leaders who confront the hard truths.

A review of the transcripts of J6 judges’ comments at during proceedings (as Julie has done - or sat in on), but especially at sentencing reveals mentally unstable comments by federal judges over and over again. Comments that would not be tolerated in any other setting and in a public setting would likely be defamatory. The solution is IMPEACHMENT!
Last week, I again urged Congress to pass legislation requiring audio access to all federal court proceedings. I made this suggestion repeatedly for years covering Jan 6 cases and trials arguing that the American people needed to hear what was happening in those courtrooms. My latest plea related to reports of another emotional breakdown suffered by DC Judge Ana Reyes (Biden), who once again lost her mind at the Trump admin over tree removal on federal property (I have requested the full transcript from that day with no response from her court reporter yet) Yesterday, Stanley Woodward, the associate AG, filed a motion in the matter asking for Reyes to be disqualified AND for the public release of the recorded hearing on Oct 12. Can’t wait to see what she says.

.@RepJeffries, two days ago I challenged you with the numbers. Today you’re back promising Americans “dramatic change.” Let’s revisit the receipts. During Biden’s first 21 months: Consumer prices rose 13.9%. Groceries rose 18.1%. Gasoline rose 69.6%. Electricity rose 23.8%. Real hourly earnings fell 3.8%. Mortgage rates climbed from 2.67% to 6.70%. I used the same yardstick Elizabeth Warren uses to attack Trump. You were in Congress throughout Biden’s presidency. Where were your demands for “dramatic change” when Americans were getting hammered by those numbers? You don’t get to pretend affordability suddenly became a crisis when the other party took office. The receipts don’t change with the party in power.
Life is way too expensive. Republican extremists promise more of the same. House Democrats will deliver dramatic change.

So very sad and horrific
When you deny the genocide in Nigeria, you are denying the deaths of over a hundred thousand innocent people who were murdered just like this. You are covering for cruel, violent people what value power more than their own humanity. And you are condemning more people to die as you shield those who will come forward to kill them. You may think this is an African problem on the other side of the world. But that is not true. These people are right at your door, and you are the ones who brought them here. Their journeys funded in part by your tax dollars, their freedom to operate funded in part by your blindness, their ability to proliferate and grow fueled by those who chose not to see the truth.

Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent, On October 14th I wrote to you about Bank of America @BankofAmerica. You did not answer. 3.6 million Americans did. I want to tell you what that looked like from where I sit, because I do not think Washington understands it yet. The messages did not come from one side. They came from Republicans and Democrats, from veterans and nurses and small business owners, from people who have not agreed with each other about anything in a decade. They all said a version of the same sentence. We have had enough. That is what a national security issue looks like when it finally breaks through. It does not pick a party. It belongs to everyone who has a kid, a bank account, or a flag on the porch. So let me be plain about my concern. I am worried that nothing is going to happen. The fine has been announced. The press cycle is already turning. In a few weeks the number will be forgotten and the bank will be back to business. I have watched this exact sequence play out before, and I am writing to you now, while there is still a window, because once that window closes it does not reopen. I am also widening this letter, because Treasury does not act alone. To the Department of Justice @TheJusticeDept and to FBI Director Kash Patel @FBIDirectorKash: Director Patel, you were not in the chair when this happened, so I want you to hear it from me directly. In 2011 I walked into the FBI with everything I had on HSBC. Not a tip. Boxes. Names, account numbers, transaction records, internal emails. Agents worked that evidence for over a year. I trusted them, and I still believe they wanted to do their jobs. Then the settlement was announced. $1.9 billion. I called the agents and asked the only question that mattered. When do you raid the building and when are the arrests? Their answer was four words. Our hands are tied. I have thought about those four words every day since. Not because the agents failed me. Because somebody above them decided that a bank was too important to treat like a defendant. That decision was made quietly, by people whose names I will never know, and it has been made again every time since. Director Patel, you now have the authority to make a different one. I remember the words carved into the stone outside the federal building in Philadelphia the day I walked in to report @HSBC: justice is the defense of our liberty. I believed that. I still want to. But a justice system that handcuffs a dealer on the corner and sends a bank a bill is not defending anyone’s liberty. It is choosing whose liberty counts. To Brian Moynihan, Chief Executive Officer of Bank of America @BankofAmerica: Mr. Moynihan, your bank just agreed to pay $1.2 billion for failures that regulators called willful. I have a few questions, and the 3.6 million people reading this would like the answers too. Who was fired? Not reassigned. Not retired early with a package. Fired, by name, for the conduct the government described. What has actually changed in your anti money laundering program? Not the budget line. Not the consultant’s slide deck. What is different today about how an alert gets cleared and who is allowed to say stop? Were there any consequences inside the building at all? Or did this land the way it landed at HSBC bank, as a line item? And how much is your bonus this year? I ask because I know what it costs a compliance officer to raise his hand inside a bank like yours. I would like to know what it cost anyone at the top. Do you even care? I am asking sincerely. I would like to be wrong. Here is what I did about all of this, and why it matters to this letter. After the government declined to help me or any of the whistleblowers I have met since, I built the thing I wished had existed. Tactical Rabbit is a private intelligence agency. We find the truth, we prove it, and we put it in the hands of people who will act on it. I made a decision a long time ago that if the government would not stop the next HSBC, I would. So to anyone inside a bank reading this who is looking at something they know is wrong: if your bank will not act, and the government will not act, come to me. I will get the truth to the public. That is not a threat. It is a promise I have already kept once. Mr. Secretary, Director Patel, the Department of Justice, and Mr. Moynihan: four addresses, one question. Will anyone be held accountable? Not fined. Not suspended. Not asked to attend training. Accountable. Please end the cycle of too big to jail. I will not stop until there is change, and neither will the millions of Americans standing behind this letter. Answer them. We need a banker in jail. Everett A. No one wants to see shootings in the streets. When I was a federal prosecutor, under President Obama, violent criminals who were here illegally were handed over to federal officials at the jailhouse door, so that no one — neither the criminals nor the feds — went into our neighborhoods.  Letitia James broke that system. And we are less safe because of it.
