🚨🚨🎙️| Andoni Iraola on the rumours of Gilberto Mora to Liverpool :
“Let's see...... You (journalists) ask me about players who aren't ours. I can't talk about them. There has to be respect between clubs.”

News for Beatles fans:
The Beatles Story is leaving the Albert Dock. Apple Corps confirmed they are relocating the attraction to the former St Johns Market in 2028, opening a 100,000 sq ft venue opposite Lime Street station. The new site will be over four times the size of the current location and will include reconstructed sets from the upcoming Sam Mendes films.
St Johns Beacon is also being turned into a separate Yellow Submarine viewing experience. Apple Corps takes over running the existing operation next year ahead of the move, with ticket proceeds funding a new trust to support emerging Liverpool artists.
🚨 Alexis Mac Allister:
“Last season something wasn't right in the group and this manager changed it, and that's really important. The way we play is quite different, I don't like to compare but I am really enjoying it." 🇦🇷

So thought balloons put out by someone at the Premier League or club involved regarding a big point deduction this reason and something next.
Sum total?
No titles rescinded.
City back in 2-3 seasons
They'll keep plenty of players to compete plus academy.
So 20 trophies, elevation from nationally big-ish club to globally big club, owners carry on regardless, nothing to see regarding last few years including fees, player and former managers contracts.
Seems fair.
If that's the punishment then I genuinely hope Newcastle United in particular just blow everyone out of the water and overheat the system in England so much that it will be impossible to compete at all. That they win every major trophy every season for 50 years and destroy English football, bankrupting 50+ clubs as they chase the impossible.
Because if the punishment for a decade plus of deliberate corrupt practice is 2 or 3 seasons out of the Premier League then I'll cheer on any club in this land who does the same in the future.

I’m sorry to read that Richard Tice’s commute to Parliament from Dubai is proving so difficult.
British Airways is an embarrassing disgrace of an airline @British_Airways
Routinely selling many more tickets than seats, putting lots of passengers on standby who bought tickets months ago, a woeful customer attitude of ‘shrug shrug, not my job’ 🤷♂️
Then not sending the luggage of standby passengers: one case may arrive on next flight an hour later, 1 case shrug shrug wait until tomorrow afternoon when it may or may not arrive 🤷♂️
Britain is Broken
If people want to understand the objections to Elon Musk, look at what he chooses to do with his enormous resources.
Today, he has reportedly spent another £200,000 on the legal costs of Tommy Robinson, a far-right, drug-addicted thug with a long criminal record.
Robinson was convicted in 2005 of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and assaulting an off-duty police officer, receiving a 12-month sentence. In 2011, he was convicted of assault after headbutting a man and received a 12-week suspended sentence. That same year, he was convicted of threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour after a football-related brawl and received a community rehabilitation order.
In 2013, he was jailed for 10 months after using somebody else’s passport to enter the United States. In 2014, he received 18 months for mortgage fraud. In 2019, he was jailed for contempt of court after interfering with proceedings in a grooming-gang trial. And in 2024, he received another 18 months for deliberately breaching a court injunction by repeating false allegations about a Syrian schoolboy.
Now, in 2026, he is back in court facing two charges of harassment causing fear of violence against journalists. He denies the charges.
Rather than using that money to help the hungry, the homeless, the sick, Elon Musk is choosing to spend hundreds of thousands of pounds helping fund his legal battles.
Can someone who supports Musk genuinely explain the moral justification for this?

Souness knows vvd is the goat
Graeme Souness on Virgil van Dijk:
“I think there’s definitely another year left in him. People criticised him when he got that terrible injury from Pickford, but he came back from that. It’s a lazy thing to say he’s not the same player. I didn’t see that.
“I think Konaté was a difficult player to be playing with. I see there’s still life left in Virgil. I’d be giving him another year with an option for a second because he’s a Rolls-Royce of a player. If anything, he’s got better the longer he’s been at Liverpool.”
