Im appalled but the dismal customer service I’ve received from @Xfinity. When their tech, Jay, arrived in a seemingly bad mood after keeping me waiting an hour and half- there was no pleasantries. He blamed me for the problem, offered no solution and stormed out after 45 sec.
To @xfinity’s credit, his supervisor, Paul, did call very quickly. After I, clearly upset, but still pointed and controlled, told him what transpired, he employed all his trained deescalation skills to try to manage me.

Sad news. Staff Sgt. Wesley Black passed away Sunday afternoon. Wes dedicated his last days to his wife Laura and son Ronan, family, friends and his Hartford Fire Dept. brethren... and fighting to make sure no other veterans would endure this struggle. Hero.
