Thanks @SmartHomeSolver for coming by for a house tour! 🏠💡🤓 youtu.be/bzHdg0RLO1I?si=rz0Y…
👎 for the eclipse. Solar production was reduced by a few kWs this morning. So what if it’s a rare celestial event 🤬Thanks a lot moon!
Hey @tweethue don't do this! Advanced security is not a reason to put users data in the cloud. It's the other way around, keep it local!
For over a decade @tweethue offered lights that work without sharing your data to the cloud. This is changing soon and we need your help to make some noise to convince them to revert this decision.

Alexa is going down hill fast!
I think it might be time to move on from using it all together. @alexa99

Really enjoyed this video by @SmartHomeSolver. The fact that you can explain your desired automation to an app like ChatGPT and it can just write the YAML for you is insane.
There's so many automation I've wanted that I just didn't know how to start.

Pixel Tablet is looking like an amazing smart home dashboard 😯
Basically it’s a Nest Hub Max, but the screen comes off as a tablet and it can switch profiles.
It’s $500, which is less expensive than I thought… especially since it comes with the speaker dock!
It’s time to officially meet #PixelTablet 🎉
Engineered by @Google to be helpful in your hand, and in the home.

Home Assistant strikes again!
The Aqara FP2 DOES work with HA using the HomeKit Controller integration!
Thanks to the user TrueFormStudios who shared that the FP2 has to be removed from Apple’s Home app before being added to HA.
Classic Home Assistant, it’s never too easy!
Woah this is seriously mind blowing!
The Aqara FP2 mmWave sensor is unlike I've ever used in my smart home. You guys HAVE to check this out! It changes everything.

The Aqara FP2's zone detection for automations is unreal! Here's me walking around for fun since I can't believe how well it works 😮

I’ve always wanted a solid smart motion light switch, but they all fall short.
Inovelli is working on a mmWave version that looks pretty sweet and Linus talked about it recently on the WAN show.
I need this!

I made a brief video about this with a potential solution, if you’re fed up with Ring.
Watch it: youtu.be/Fma45QBCWX8
This makes me angry! 😡
Starting today, any newly purchased Ring alarm systems will NOT be able to use basic features in the app without a monthly fee.
That includes arming/disarming, notifications, Alexa control, and automations.
Corporate greed is getting out of control.
I just got a Stream Deck and it works surprisingly well with my smart home.
I’m still figuring everything out but if you are using any good integrations let me know!

Everything Presence One running natively on @smartthings for local control 😯
