Ofsted done and dusted…time for half term! ❤️

So when an academy get the Ofsted call they get an entire ‘central team’ into school to help before and on the day - SBM, safeguarding lead, CEO, other heads. What do LA schools get? A phone call to say “good luck”. It’s bollocks.

A private Ed Psych company is charging one of our families a lot of money for an assessment. However it seems this is mainly us filling out multiple forms and questionnaires. Four hours work so far. Is it reasonable to invoice them (the company) for this?

I once had a PE lessons graded as Inadequate by Ofsted. I’d like to say why this was unfair but it was, without doubt, the shittest lesson ever taught by anyone, ever.
