Drank heavily for a few weeks. Numbed any time I could (not around my kid)... Stop for about a week. Numbness fades. Big feelings rush back in. Feel way more sad and angry about stuff I was avoiding. like part of me was in a coma. But … I guess I do feel more alive. 🤍
