問題的重點從來不是下載，是繞過作者二次上傳
尊重是雙向的，不能一邊要求作者無私公開作品，一邊違背其意願重新上傳到其他地方
尤其以熱愛為動力的同人創作，繞過作者重新上傳真的很寒心
看到有人說不介意上傳，那是你的個人想法，不能代表其他作者不介意+

A bit of a long rant but oh well.
Before anyone starts accusing me of bias or something, I do recognize that many fanfic writers CAN be arrogant and act with entitlement, just like literally any other person in any field, but that doesn't mean they all do and readers are saints.

i’m glad ao3 shut down temporarily because it’s highlighting how entitled and disrespectful fandom is towards creatives. a lot of poor behavior is occurring all at once. people are losing agency over their work, and it’s an absolute joke to search for f/f fics in these docs
