@sendwaveapp @Sendwave, I want to make something very clear. After I posted my review about my missing refund, I reached out to you again today to try to resolve this issue. Instead of helping me, I was told that my account is now blocked and that I cannot get my money back. I reported the transfer mistake the same day, MTN confirmed the number was deactivated and the transaction was blocked, and I was told to wait 30 days for my refund. It has now been almost 60 days. So after I publicly shared my experience and reached out again, I’m being told I’m blocked and won’t get my money back? This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I want my money back and a clear explanation of what happened.

@sendwaveapp I’m extremely disappointed with how my issue has been handled. I accidentally sent money to my late grandfather’s old MTN number because he and my dad have the same name. I contacted Sendwave the same day and they told me to contact @MTN. MTN confirmed that the number was deactivated and the transaction was blocked. Sendwave told me to wait 30 days for my refund. It has now been almost 60 days, and I still have no refund or clear update. I have been patient, but this is unacceptable. I just want my money back and an explanation. @sendwaveapp , please resolve this. I shouldn’t have to keep chasing you for my own money.
