I have never threatened noah or his family with sexual violence. I at one point made a joke about Noah being raped by a penguin. I have never even made a joke about anything of that nature regarding his parents or siblings. The fact that the sworn affidavit baselessly claims that I did is materially actionable defamation per se, and the fact it was submitted as a god damned SWORN AFFIDAVIT makes it either perjury, or suborning perjury, depending on if the petitioner knew it was a false claim. Sidenote, by the way: Noah posted a photo of my girlfriend along with her full name and her employer, and said "Let's rape this asian kike bitch!" He did this on an account impersonating my brother, and then sent this to my brother's employer. He filed a fraudulent Title IX complaint against my girlfriend's father, and falsely accused HIM of rape. Noah could have walked away from all this if he had just fucking SAID HE WAS SORRY, but apparently that was just TOO MUCH TO ASK.

His parents have lost in court twice using info he gave them, and that doesn't concern you with regard to him being dragged into court for GIVING HIS PARENTS FALSE INFO SO THAT THEY FILE RESTRAINING ORDERS AGAINST PEOPLE UNDER FALSE PRETENSES?
