Rally being the pilot app makes sense for stress-testing GenLayer, but creator campaigns are heavy on media. Are we hitting storage bottlenecks or is it purely compute?

a liquidation free junior is the headline, but the cost is the premium paid to the senior side. would love to see that compared with perp funding over a full year.

useful stress test is three years of sideways Bitcoin prices. Recurring leverage costs keep accumulating even when the asset barely moves. That’s where the model gets tested.

A board that deserved the name would score time in the position. Holding through a drawdown is the one behavior the product exists for, and it's expensive to fake. Skipping it keeps the contest cheap to enter and cheap to cheat.

If the model assumes a positive drift, I'd test how sensitive its recommended leverage is to that assumption. A small forecasting error can change the optimal position considerably, especially when the asset's realised return is far from the estimate.

I have always treated any leveraged product as something I rebalance out of when 20-day realized vol drops below the long-term average. This design claims you can stay in. The part I have not resolved is whether the Kelly target itself steps down fast enough, or whether you are still carrying more notional than you wanted once the tape goes quiet. (248)

Agreed, Big names like Ansem can influence sentiment, but everyone still has to manage their own risk, especially average traders

Most people discussing tokenized stocks are focused on access.
Can I buy the stock onchain? Can I trade it? Can I use it across DeFi?
But access is only one part of the problem.
Imagine holding a leveraged tokenized stock while its underlying market is closed. The asset remains onchain, but trading in the underlying market has paused. It got me thinking about something easy to overlook: making an asset accessible around the clock doesn’t automatically make leveraged exposure to it well designed.
A 2x position might sound straightforward, but the same multiple won’t make equal sense for every asset. Volatility affects how leveraged exposure compounds over time, and financing adds another cost to consider. The leverage needs to fit the asset, not just the number someone wants to multiply their exposure by.
That’s what caught my attention about @2FactorFinance.
Its Kelly-optimized approach separates exposure into senior and junior perpetual tranches. The senior tranche has downside protection, while the leveraged junior tranche has no liquidation risk. Its research puts Bitcoin’s target leverage at roughly 1.33x, a useful reminder that the right amount of leverage depends on the asset rather than the biggest multiple available.
Now, 2Factor’s public beta is live on Base for Coinbase’s tokenized stocks ecosystem.
I’ve joined the 2FactorFinance Points Program, and Season 1 has a clear incentive: the top 10 on the leaderboard split 1 BTC, paid in cbBTC.
Points are earned through verified social activity, education and referrals. Buying, depositing or holding assets earns nothing, and Marks have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

When you look at tokenized stocks, do you think more about getting the asset onchain or about how the financial structure around it works?

the distinction between avoiding liquidation and avoiding losses is the sentence that actually matters here. too many people conflate the two and this structure clearly doesn’t.

A shared 1 BTC prize pool is interesting, but I wonder how competitive the top 10 will get near the end.

what I want to know is whether the sizing updates as realized volatility shifts mid position, or if it’s locked in at entry and just rides out whatever happens.
