Our roaster decided to take this coffee to a medium profile, with just enough roast development to highlight the qualities we enjoy most about the origin. Mild brightness comes together with a gentle sweetness reminiscent of cane sugar, creating a clean, approachable cup...
that’s well-suited for pour-over or drip brewing. If you’re a fan of our Medium Roast Costa Rica or Mexico, this one deserves a spot on your coffee shelf.
