New Season Slaney Farms Roosters 🐓
Rooster potatoes are easily distinguishable by their russet red skin and shallow eyes. They have a fluffy yellow flesh and a deep earthy flavour, which lends itself particularly well to roasting, baking/jacket potatoes and chipping.
