What sucks is the first 3 weeks the Jags had 5 penalties total. They've had 25+ in the last 3 weeks. I highly doubt the Jags have become that undisciplined all of a sudden. I am biased, but it seems the flags have been tricky tacky against the Jags over the last 3 weeks.
