Are You Struggling with Sleep?
Don't do this! 👇
Stop looking at your phone an hour or more before bed.
The blue light disrupts melatonin which means you're less drowsy so it takes you longer to fall asleep and stay asleep.

Do you fall asleep on the couch before bed or go straight to bed?
0%Couch nap first always.
100%Straight to bed.
