I just wish that @Xfinity would do something about this packet loss issue that I've been having for over a month. I've called so many times, had so many technicians out to my house and none of it has resolved my issue. I swear they are a ghost town when my internet goes to shit.
I always get the same result when I give @XfinitySupport a call. It's my modem that is the issue because I don't have their modem. I don't get actual results when I call them to help fix any issue I have. It's so disappointing...
