He is doing exactly what he is supposed to do. He is not here to serve France but to destroy it for a globalist purpose. He let the chaos growing and cheers for it. When the destruction will be advanced enough he will trigger the 16th article of the constitution to take full control, cancel the next elections (which he knows are already lost) and finish the destruction of the country. To ask him to send the military is the same as asking Trudeau to do something for Canada or Biden for USA… Come on, you don’t see it?
