Woke with migraine and by 10am I was SICK. told my boss. Emailed my team. Put on my out of office. Went to bed and the end. Did not check another email after.
Sometimes I have to remind myself that I boundaries are work are ok. Taking a real sick day is ok.

At the end of my day I reached out again. It’s still coming. They had the AUDACITY to tell me it was only 2:30 their time and they were still working on it.
I reminded them again that it was now an hour after end of day, and asked them to confirm the client was even in office still to provide the information since they are in the same time zone as me.
