Rs 4000000000000
That is Rs 4 lakh crore
That is the insane amount of stock company founders and big Private Equity players are dumping into the Indian market this year through private block deals.
Dump is larger than the entire yearly infrastructure budget of multiple Indian ministries.

“Because of the ease of liquidity, ease of availability, people are even exiting easily” from equities, Sitharaman told CNBC in an exclusive interview on the sidelines of the IMF-World Bank meetings in Bangkok on Friday.
However, the fundamentals of the Indian economy are “fine,” she said.
