Remember when I said sometimes you don’t need to say anything because it weakens your argument? So visible injury, admitting to slapping the phone that was in someone’s hand. I’ve seen ppl being charge prosecuted and found guilty for less. But hey Lawyer Twitter tell mi I’m wrong and I’m a layman, and because uno a lawyer uno always right and know everything 😂
