I think City have always known the PL system will never acquit us. The process was founded on illegally hacked emails and it was a witch-hunt from the start. FFP aimed to stop us and claiming we’ve breached those rules is there way to do that 1/2

2/2 City have known all along this needs to reach its end and then we appeal to the High Court over an unfair legal process. Partisan influence, unfair foundation and presumption of guilt. Dragged through the media and had no chance of a fair trial. High Court have to acquit us.
