But the data centers in question are not the NSA data centers, which were already built, and will continue to be built. Thats a very different thing.
That *already* existed, a long time ago. That shipped sailed and aint ever coming back.

Forcing datacenters to offshore due to FUD is as stupid and damaging as offshoring manufacturing was.
