Do you need our help with getting the RMA finished?

We see that you called with the correct serial number for your Go9 XSE unit yesterday and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) was started for you to send the unit in for a repair (or replacement if it can't be fixed). It looks like it wasn't finalized yet though.

@Beaugas John, thank you for your feedback. There are certain procedures, including replacement, that we need to follow. We will send you a new unit as soon as we receive the faulty one.
