🟢 Report by Russian Defence Ministry on progress of special military operation as of 15 October 2026 ⚡️ Units of the Sever Group of Forces in Kharkov region are tightening the encirclement and expanding the outer control zone. 🚩 Within the encirclement, as a result of the active actions of our units, control has been established over the settlements of Nefyodovka and Chernoye in Kharkov region. 💥 Fighting continues for the liberation of Nikolayevka and Varvarovka in Kharkov region. 👊 As part of the expanding of the outer control zone, fighting continues to establish control over the settlements of Prikolotnoye, Kotovka and Gogino in Kharkov region. 🔥 Fire strikes were delivered against strongholds of a heavy mechanised brigade and an assault regiment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces close to Fedorovka and Maly Burluk in Kharkov region. 💥 Also in Kharkov region, personnel and equipment of three mechanised brigades, two motorised infantry brigades and two assault regiments of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were hit close to Liptsy, Velikiye Prokhody, Zamulovka, Shirokoye, Zarechnoye, Pershotravnevoye, Kurgannoye, Veliky Burluk, Vysoky and Gontarovka. 🔥 In Sumy region, formations of a mechanised brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and two territorial defence brigades were hit in the areas of the settlements of Leninskoye, Barilovka and Pervomayskoye in Sumy region. ▪️ In total, in the area of responsibility of the Sever Group the enemy lost over 175 servicemen, 16 motor vehicles and two electronic warfare stations. 📍 Units of the Zapad Group improved their position along the forward edge. They inflicted damage on personnel and equipment of two mechanised brigades, an assault brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and a territorial defence brigade in the areas of the settlements of Mayaki, Karpovka, and Donetskoye in the Donetsk People's Republic, and Chervony Oskol and Maliyevka in Kharkov region. ▪️ Ukrainian Armed Forces losses amounted to up to 220 servicemen, three armoured fighting vehicles, 14 motor vehicles, three artillery pieces and a Grad MLRS combat vehicle. 📍 The Yuzhnaya Group's units took more advantageous lines and positions. They inflicted damage on formations of a mechanised brigade, a mountain assault brigade and an airmobile brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the areas of the settlements of Kramatorsk, Slavyansk, Semenovka, Vysokoivanovka, and Krasny Molochar in the Donetsk People's Republic. ▪️ The enemy lost up to 145 servicemen, 33 motor vehicles and two field artillery pieces. 💥 Units of the Tsentr Group of Forces inflicted damage on personnel and equipment of four mechanised brigades, an assault brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, a marine brigade and two national guard brigades near Krutoyarovka in Dnepropetrovsk region, and Belozerskoye, Novoyavlenka, Druzhkovka, Starovarvarovka, Veselaya Gora, Roganskoye, Yuryevka and Gornyak in the Donetsk People's Republic. ⚡️ In Dobropolye (Donetsk People's Republic), assault groups of the 51st Army advanced in the north-western part of the city. The Group's assault units continued their offensive in the western part of the settlement. 📊 Over the course of the day, 31 buildings were liberated and up to 15 Ukrainian servicemen were neutralised. ▪️ In total, in the area of responsibility of the Tsentr Group, the losses of Ukrainian armed formations amounted to up to 345 troops, five armoured fighting vehicles, and 12 motor vehicles. ↗️ The Vostok Group's units continued to advance to the depths of the enemy's defence. They inflicted damage on personnel and hardware of two air assault brigades, two assault regiments of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and two marine brigades close to Tarasovka, Ivanovka, Kolomiytsy, Chernenkovo, Vasilkovka, and Podgavrilovka in Dnepropetrovsk region, and Mirolyubovka and Rayskoye in Zaporozhye region. ▪️ The Ukrainian Armed Forces lost over 190 troops, six motor vehicles, a Grad MLRS combat vehicle, and an electronic warfare station. 📍 The Dnepr Group's units took more advantageous lines and positions. They hit formations of two mechanised brigades and a mountain assault brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces close to Orekhov, Balabino and Kushugum in Zaporozhye region. ▪️ Up to 30 Ukrainian troops and 13 motor vehicles were neutralised. ✈️ Operational-tactical aviation, attack unmanned aerial vehicles, missile troops and artillery of the Russian groups of forces inflicted damage on transport infrastructure used in the interests of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, workshops producing unmanned aerial vehicles and their storage sites, as well as temporary deployment points of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries in 145 areas. ▫️ Air defence assets shot down four Flamingo long-range cruise missiles and 342 fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles. 📊 In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, the enemy has lost: ▫️ 674 aircraft, ▫️ 284 helicopters, ▫️ 262,470 unmanned aerial vehicles, ▫️ 672 anti-aircraft missile systems, ▫️ 31,239 tanks and other armoured fighting vehicles, ▫️ 1,790 MLRS fighting vehicles, ▫️ 36,734 field artillery guns and mortars, ▫️ 74,611 support military motor vehicles. 🔹 Russian Defence Ministry

❗️❗️❗️Nefedovka and Chernoye are now under the control of the "Sever" (North) forces! As a result of active offensive operations, assault units from the 127th Motorized Rifle Regiment (part of the 71st Motorized Rifle Division, 14th Army Corps, "Sever" grouping)—supported by aviation and artillery—neutralized units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' 22nd and 159th Separate Mechanized Brigades in the villages of Chernoye and Nefedovka, in the northeastern part of the Kharkiv region, thereby liberating these settlements. The area around Chernoye and Nefedovka was the most vulnerable point, where the enemy had at least some chance of breaking through the encirclement. The liberation of these settlements has effectively put an end to any possibility for the Ukrainian Armed Forces to escape the "cauldron" or for their forces on the outside to break through to reach them.
