If he is awarded full custody, he would no longer need to work until their son turns 18 or finishes college. He does not work enough in the U.S. to maintain his own actors’ union health benefits, so it is reasonable to assume he is receiving those through her as well.
She already covers their son’s school, clothing, healthcare, and extracurricular activities such as sports. An $8,000 monthly child support payment far exceeds ordinary living expenses for one child, yet Martinez is seeking even more which he would be entitled to if granted full physical custody. Meanwhile, he appears to be turning the child against his mother.

Amy Acton’s stepfather was indicted for raping her from ages 9-12, and her mother chose to stay with her rapist until he died. Acton’s mother lost custody of her and her brother following her stepfather’s arrest for rape. She had not spoken to her mother since this happened.
Politics can be dirty, but this is so utterly despicable and such a POS move that if you support this clown, that says a lot about you as a person.
