Why's RUDENESS the default setting of an average Naija lady? Most lack courtesy. They only behave well when they realize they could gain something from you or when they like you. It's pathetic. You talk to foreign babes and they're courteous even without knowing you.

A centralised placement system for [Physiotherapy] internships so that they don't spend months/years at home after graduation and then lose any interest in contributing positively to the healthcare system in Nigeria @Fmohnigeria #ForTheFutureOfPT

A Nigerian court has found Nasarawa United, the NFF, the NPFL, and the match commissioner negligent in the death of Chineme Martins. Martins collapsed during a match in 2020 with no doctor, no physiotherapist, and no working ambulance at the stadium. 🔗 fifpro.org/en/supporting-pla… xitter.cf/FIFPRO/status/13137733…

I'm glad the court has finally delivered a verdict on this case. It was a clear example of gross negligence. Just imagine: an NPFL club relying on a community health assistant as their sports medic, with no qualified medical doctor or physiotherapist on staff. That’s unacceptable

Physiotherapists are still facing this pain 💔 We need a centralised internship placement system! @MRTBNigeria @Fmohnigeria @nighealthwatch @ns_physio @ACAPN4 @WorldPhysio1951 @AWcpta #ForTheFutureOfPT #PhysiotherapyGraduatesNeedInternshipPlacements
Prior to when MDCN began posting Doctors, getting a placement for Housemanship was a Pain!! People used to travel all over the country, attending expensive interviews with questionable methods of selection. A couple of my classmates then travelled to Sokoto!!!!! So,anytime I meet House officers, and hear that they graduated last year and started house job same last year... I am grateful for the little wins in the health sector.
