After almost 3 years, despite a lot of effort and countless hours staring at the charts I'm unable to become profitable.
A few times I thought I was slowly getting the hang of it, but it was just an illusion caused a short streak of luck and nothing else.
The truth is I'm not making any progress, and I don't know how to read the markets.

Contrary to what many think- just gib strategy I will make it work- this does not guarantee success.
You can be at this for years, 6, 7 or 8 and live with the illusion that “you are close, you just need to learn that one more secret” and it’s all sorted.
If it was this easy why all other strategies didn’t work out for you bro? You think jumping on this one will be your solution?
Maybe… but maybe you really are still blind to what you are doing wrong and you’ll spend another 8 years chasing the rabbit…
How much money majority of the people learning trading lost along the way trying to learn how to do it (well or at all)?? But paying someone for their time and expertise to teach them is something they will not even consider??! Funny how it works… Selling dreams oppose to investing into a formula backed by time and effort is still most profitable way of taking people’s fortunes.

The most important Part of your System is You
I See many Traders trying to make it work. Those who actually get to a point where they make money know themselves very well.
You can only perform so well, like you treat yourself. Your Performance is a mirror.
Trading can be used as a mechanism to numb yourself - close to nobody talks about that.
If you are in the perfect state of mind, yes bit utopia here, I don't believe anything is perfect but lets say you are - you have no reason to numb yourself. You have no reason to Risk at a random place. You don't have to prove anything to anybody... in the state of mind needed for trading, you just execute what worked before.
There is no looking for answers, theres just you and the skill that you apply.
This means you have the most powerful part always under control.
But how do you treat Yourself? Do you walk enough? Eat and sleep good? Are you satisfied with what you do? Can you take control over your fears? Can you erase your Ego when you look at the chart? Can you be patient?
Every trade you plan and take is an expression of yourself. And how you trade speaks a lot what is actually happening inside you.
Examples:
Exorbitant high Risk to Reward - it can be either Ego or Fear to risk more. Face the reality: For a small risk it might be good, but can you risk 2-3k and hold it to 50R and higher? Is that realistic? Can you even enter with this much margin? Does your TP get filled? Or even your entry on that tight SL? Not saying it doesn't work for everyone - I just rarely see it.
Non Stop Scalping - can be the need for Dopamine, the need to feel something or the wish to make it ASAP... I did it this week and you see in the PnL compared to the week before, it didn't help.
Exiting Early - pretty often we transport old traumas from previous trades into the next one. Let's say you round tripped a month of expenses... it's just logical to close early isn't it?
Over/Underrisking - often shows impatience or is a signal for being unconfident. I often underrisk when I have a win streak. You can find a 10W streak on my profile that I played public on the Discord - the more wins I got the smaller the size I took. I just got unconfident.
Not Executing - most of the time people talk themselves out of Trades.. why? The System is simply not ready to enter an environment where you make money while losing. My personal favorite: "I was waiting for confirmation" - thats just fear talking. What confirmation? Theres nobody coming and telling you "yes now since it SFPed it will give you the money you desire". The "confirmation" thing is just another layer of fear you have to uncover.
Hopping Edges - There was a time where everybody aped BBs, then many abandoned them. Why? Most just never tracked those that worked vs. those that failed. Many never been ready to encounter the path of building a profitable System including facing themselves - so they choose the easy route: going for the next shiny thing. This is either laziness or the opportunistic belief that a specific knowledge will gift you endless money. Thats a trap you lay out for yourself, nothing else.
You should do the work and track the Edge you actually using.
This would build Discipline, an extreme important skill you need for the most fragile part of your System - YOURSELF
There are way more behaviors that show at what place you are actually at. The essence of maintaining the most important part of your System is repetition. Same like on the chart.
You find something that happens before you mess up? Categorize it - eliminate it or simply don't trade then. Repeat.
You find behaviors that might send specific Signals? Talk about it, not always to get an answer but to change perspective. You don't need to talk to the best trader in the world for that, pretty often when we speak about something everything gets clear. Repeat.
The better you treat yourself, and treating yourself as a part of the System good, doesn't always mean it should be comfortable. Many things you gonna face in the process are painful at the beginning.
The outcome isn't. The pain is just temporary.
How do you treat your System and did you ever consider yourself being part of it? It's easy to lose yourself in the Process.
I encountered all these things by myself. And everybody who wants to go the path will face similar things on their way - theres simply no way around it.
The most beautiful part: Every time we Size up, everything repeats. The same behaviors. The same things happen - but you get more conscious of it. It becomes simpler to work with it.

Most people perceive trading as overly complex and dismiss it as "astrology" or a scam simply because they lack understanding. But if you're playing this game you can, and should, focus on becoming a swing trader. This trading style allows you to sell high [and short], protect your entry points by trailing your positions, and buy low [and long] at extreme discount of HTF ranges. Well, you're either at least a swing trader or you're exit liquidity.
By mastering this approach, you'll be ahead of 99% of holders in the market. You don’t need to be the best to achieve financial freedom. You just need to be better than the herd, who are all using the same losing strategies.
As you gain more experience, you'll have the opportunity to decide how often you want to engage in the market. Trust me, you'll likely want to dive in more. Why?
- Because the world we live in revolves around investment markets. Every "event" is driven by liquidity, whether you realize it or not. For me, decoding the intentions of whales is addictive, and that's the main reason I keep playing the game. I know some of you have witnessed what seems like more than just forecasts, almost like fortune-telling. This isn't because I have a crystal ball. It’s because I understand how the world works. The truth is, most people are being misled and manipulated. Once you see through the façade, you realize how everything ties back to the markets, and that knowledge can be incredibly powerful.
None of you need to become a trader, but if you understood the freedom that comes with being a trader, you might just find yourself eager to learn how to become consistently profitable. It's not a 7-headed beast. You're just scared because of what you read out there. Most people fail because they don't have what it takes, but look at what I can do in the markets. Do you think I was born knowing all this?
- Of course not. I made it my mission to learn and become great at it. I chose this path over learning how to shake cocktails and live off tips [my once upon a time job]. I would be putting in similar hours anyway, so why waste my time mastering a craft that pays just above minimum wage when I could master something that makes me smarter overall, offers the potential for unlimited earnings, and provides the freedom most people can only dream of?
If you claim that’s not the life you want, you’re lying to yourself, because deep down, that’s the exact kind of freedom you’ve always dreamed of.
You fear failure because you've been conditioned to believe that failing is inherently bad. This mindset causes you to avoid challenges, freeze in the face of obstacles, and remain stuck in your comfort zone. As a result, your potential for greatness slips away. It’s only later in life that you realize what you've missed, but by then, you might be too old or feel it's too late to pursue your dreams. Don’t wait until regret becomes your only companion. Push through your fears now, so you won't have to pay the price of missed opportunities later in life.
This game isn't designed for retail investors to win. If you find yourself using the same strategies as most others in this space, it’s time to reevaluate as soon as possible.
Traders have the flexibility to hold and sell for great profits. They can also short tops, profit even more, and then buy back lower on the spot market, using the money that greedy hodlers lost to them. On the other hand, hodlers can't trade and seldom sell, except for the occasional 5% they cash out only to reinvest it 24 hours later after seeing a +20% spike on CoinMarketCap, or rotate it into another risky coin that often ends up getting REKT.
"Holders outperform traders*" 🤌
Sure, maybe Warren Buffett can do that with nearly a century playing the game, but you’re not him. If you want to make money, you have to make moves. Sometimes, you might hit a home run, but the odds are low.
*This narrative is often pushed by those who can’t make money in the markets. Anyone truly knowledgeable knows that traders outperform holders in the short, mid, and long term because they can profit in any market conditions, and still hold when it makes sense.
The truth is, you’ve been misled. Those of you who’ve been waking up in the past few months are starting to see positive results because you’re no longer following the herd. Keep pushing yourself, and your portfolio will continue to improve as you work on self-improvement.
A global crash is inevitable at some point. It’s hard to predict exactly when, but perpetual upward momentum is a fantasy. Your best shot at financial success is to learn, optimize your strategies, and commit to getting better every single day. You still have time.
What has recently unfolded in this space is not new, sadly. And it didn't go unnoticed by me...People turn on one another and it always attracts attention. Some watch. Some decide to participate. Usually all it takes is one little spark. It can be an innocent one (tho in this case that was not the deal, but I will address this later on) that attracts attention and then it starts to roll, creating an avalanche. And who can control an avalanche?? Nobody. Best practice is to wait for the dust to settle. And speak then.
It has been over three years since @Moneytaur_ has become my mentor. I have spoken about him and given him credit countless times. With that, I’ve showcased my skills on this precise platform over the years from day one he started to coach me- not just in trading but psychology, finances, people, life… If you are here with me since then- you have seen it all. If not- I don’t expect you to go back and check history and every single post I made since then to find proof it is how I say it is. You simply have to trust me. What was clear above all was that I made a change to a new name MoneyTaura, closing the old chapter (“the old chapter” has been addressed by me and also by MT several times). If I ever had anything to be ashamed of or to explain, it has been covered. Done and closed. Not behind a door that cannot be opened anymore. But where I know I can always look back and see how far I have come. How I grew, how I evolved, and this past, those experiences are what gave me my experience and expertise. This is how you gain that wisdom. From growth, from change. From new paths you go on.
My track record isn’t pristine. I don’t think it ever will be. I am only human after all. But I improved over time (in a lot of things… as a trader, mother, a person!). At some point I was here day in and day out sending fire content out with great trade ideas, advice and wisdom. I kept levelling up, growing and improving. Like a machine! Then… I got basically burned out by this place. So much changed and I simply didn’t want to be part of a lot of things anymore. My mind couldn’t take what I saw without it having an impact on my health. BUT I continued to work very closely with mentees. I continued to develop outside of the public eye. I tried to stay a little active here and there, saying I will come back now, but the vile toxicity and lack of my own aspiration to be part of it was stronger. I continued to work with my group and individuals who kept me inspired. I loved every bit of it. And then something happened… I decided it is time to come back. Come back with MORE. And stronger. And louder! About who I am. How I grew and what I started to feel extremely passionate about.
In the meantime… - the community (lol… a bit more on this too!) has changed. I started to see and get reports on many vile activities once again. But this time it was not affecting me anymore. Not like the last time. I saw how some individuals started to spread rumours that MT sold his account. That he is a fake. That he is nothing but a lame copy of ICT (LELx1000!!!)
The crazy part is where I read somewhere that MT’s community became toxic. And this is the part that makes me laugh the most—because the community is built by YOU …. so many of you have turned and started to call him fake, accusing him of selling his account and mocking the calls or posts that didn’t work out. Completely forgetting what you learned from him, how he guided you over the months and years. Cherry picking some posts… and forgetting that crypto or any trading at all is SPECULATION and a matter of probabilities and possibilities that you can only manage with risk management. And being WRONG is part of the game.
But enough about MT. Because I came here to tell you about me. And assure you that I am staying on.
I stand here as a woman, as a mother, as a trader and as a mentor.
AUREA - wealth, golden, abundance
LUMA - enlightenment, knowledge, light
I refuse to be part of the pissing contests that go on around here. I won’t partake in any of them. The amount of “golden boys” around here with their precious tools they built using free MT’s knowledge is outstanding. Enough to build an army! Everyone is so proudly showing off their charts and PnLs… - go on and pick those accounts if you are after the flashy, proud and loud people.
I am not discrediting many amazing people who have been here, genuinely improving and levelling up. I still see many great traders who kept high standards and show up every day. Their value is humongous. But I am not going to stand in that lane... (more on this below)
Those asking about my track record - I have proved enough over the years how good I am. TONS of great calls and analysis out there. I will also remind you there is no log of MT’s exact trades (aka size) either… but that does not mean neither he nor I are not profitable. It just means I am protecting myself. From scrutiny and even bigger hate - because no matter what I would show, it would be used against me. (I have already seen comments like this: “oh this is pathetic, she says she makes this but someone else is better and even that account or the other has better…”). The reality is- there is no pleasing a hater.
And even if I had a 100% win rate and trillions in my account, somebody would find something to pick on.
Even at that - with everything you see (or haven’t yet because you haven't bothered to study), I am risking a lot more than any of you are, taken together. I am not an anon hiding behind my keyboard. I have put my face, nationality and sometimes even location out there. Many people have lost not just money in this space.. But also lives.
It has never been about the monetary value for the mentorship. In fact I’ve refused many people. Some, it seems, have become instigators of the hate that has unleashed lately... But my time is valuable. And what I charge is fair (if not undervalued) for the time, experience, knowledge, support, guidance and much much more that goes into 6+ months of working together.
This place is full of sniper sharp traders. Good for them. Amazing. Epic even. But very few are able to teach and very few talk about the other side of trading. Psychology, mental health… families, regular lives. I am not after building an army of 1 min TF scalpers… you can certainly become one after we work together, but my craft is special. And more complex. The feedback I have shared came from real people. They are the ones who can speak the most about my inputs, efforts, involvement and results. If you ever want to meet those people and learn more - many are willing to speak to you before you decide to work with me. Feel free to ask! But I would never ask anyone to come and speak for me in public - because someone’s privacy and their own free will is more important than my ego.
I know my strength, I know my talents, I know my calling. I know what I’m good at, where I excel. I was built for this. I was made for this. This path is exactly where I’m supposed to be and I will not stand down to bullies or trolls and utter hate because I started to speak about my achievements louder than ever before.
I have always been devoted to making my account a positive place. A place of motivation and support. I spoke from the heart every time I shared any story, any advice or any wisdom. A space where I extended empathy and understanding to most who came into it.
I have a right to change, to evolve, to grow. In my own right. In my own ways. And my corner will continue to grow. In the way I feel most passionate about. Most inspired.
If you ever want to discuss working with me, the links to mentorship or consultations are all in my bio.
In the meantime - I am staying here. Will keep on posting as always - some charts, some market updates and some fire wisdom - as always.
Stay peachy.
And if you are a hater - I am sending you love and hugs. Because only hurt people hurt people. And I will only embrace you and show you how you can use your energy better and have a happy life.
Ps. If you jumped bandwagon based on hate, rumours, assumptions... you are part of the toxic community that you so desperately keep calling out. Anyone using profanities or trying to shame me as a woman or a mother, or insulting my children.. I have seen you all. Shame on each and everyone of you- you all have mothers. I don't know your traumas but it was a woman who gave birth to you. You owe her everything. Start with some respect perhaps, and some self refection next.
Marta, with all due respect, a simple question was asked, to which a simple answer will suffice. That simple answer has never been given. Speaks volumes thus far...
We've been through this in 2024...
- Does she trade? Yes
- Does she have a public track record? Yes. She has 2 accounts and you can check her history before and after @Moneytaur_ started mentoring her.
- Is her track record pristine? Nope
- Is her track record close to MTs? Nope
- Can you find on her timeline before and after? Yes
- For every single trade/idea? AFAIK no. Maybe on TG, but I don't keep record of that.
- Does she post PnL cards? Sometimes but never $ value, always %.
- Does she trade small caps? Yes, she has, both in the past and currently and her criteria were always different from MT's.
- Does she offer mentoring? Yes
- Is it expensive? Yes
- Does it promote it? Yes
- Is she open about the price, and that it is expensive? Yes
- What does she tell people who can't afford it? Go study MT's feed - it is free, or find people who created groups to study it together.
Now let's jump to 2026
Has anything changed since 2024? She posts far fewer charts and more content about her mentorship.
---
Am I her mentee? No, I barely exchanged a few messages with her.
So why I'm posting this? Because it is the same shit I witnessed in 2024. Next, we'll see posts about MT's paid Patreon, claims they are couple, people asking for verifiable receipts with $ amounts claiming he doesn't trade, then someone will find trade idea that didn't worked out and start calling him a scammer, Christmas, New Year... and in two years, we'll start this over again
Hey guys @x @elonmusk what’s the best way to regain access to an account that was hacked?
Hacker changed an email address and phone number. The owner keeps getting messages the account does not exist. The account, however is still up and all the spam that hackers unleashed was removed (most likely by your team). But the account is verified and runs a subscription.
How can they get back their account? All available routes take him on a wild goose chase and loops through automated messages.
Please help! @Moneytaur_
Mike can you help here?
xitter.cf/michaelo/status/209735…
Was it an optimal level to long?
No.
Why did those people get liquidated?
Because they don’t know “the most powerful secrets of the game”.
Where can they learn about them?
I know a place or two 😉
You don’t rely on luck when it comes to trading and wishing the news can move the market. Even if it may seem so you need to learn about this game a lot more before you rely on news to do some work for you.
And even at that- you learn to be AHEAD of the game. And make a lot more sensible and calculated decisions.
You become a hunter. And you wait. And hunt only when you know it is worth your time. Money follows… it’s not the goal.
JUST IN: 🇺🇸 $300,000,000 worth of crypto longs liquidated in the past 20 minutes after US Senate fails to advance Crypto Clarity Act.
Money and price tag aside, it's supply and demand, and as with sales a certain price can also come with the intention to filter upfront. And price is subjective for everyone.
But what I am wondering about is the timeline... retail TA and shilling s**tcoins in 2023, then getting an own mentorship around Q4 2023(?), to then offer own mentorships already in (and apparently already before) June 2024 for $15k + $5k? With, it reads like it, being fully booked til autumn 2024? To then continue to shill s**tcoins in 2024?
xitter.cf/VECTORCP/status/185675…
and what’s worse is there is no clear path to connect with the support whatsoever. You are literally going in blind trying to find a way in! And prove you are who you are and get it back. Only loops and automated messages. Infuriating
That's why I hope @michaelo will be able to help here.
In most cases it's a matter of somehow getting in touch with human, because automated systems will bounce you off over, and over again.
@nikitabier how can you regain access to a hacked account if the attacker has changed most (if not all) of the details needed to regain access?
For as long as I can remember, the process has been difficult and sometimes impossible to get through.

10 things I wish I knew before I started trading
1. It will change me as a person.
It will make me see myself in a reflection I wasn’t sure I was ready to look at, but I had no choice!
Trading doesn’t build character- it reveals it. Then the real masterclass begins. Without discipline and accountability you fail. And most of the time we are not ready to do that. It is easier to have a boss and someone else to direct your schedule, tasks and responsibilities. In trading, if you want to succeed, you have two choices- either you look at that reflection and confront it OR you fail.
2. I’ll make more real friends and connect with incredible people faster than IRL.
Crypto and trading communities are full of people who are not afraid to dream big. Conversations turn into brainstorms on how to better yourself in life, not just trading. You can resonate with and learn from people no matter the distance, age or nationality. You never know- you might even be talking to Elon’s alt account. I will also meet the most important person who changed my whole life- not just in trading. My mentor @Moneytaur_ .
3. I’ll never see the world the same way ever again.
Everything runs in cycles and circles and that’s not really news to anyone. However, the majority just take it as is and don’t research or look into it. In trading that is one of the biggest edges you can work on! When you look deeper you see so much manipulation, deception and misinformation you start to see BEYOND it and you learn you can use that to your advantage. Market moves with human emotions. It can be measured and predicted (to some extent!). And history has it all written ON THE CHARTS.
4. I’ll hit rock bottom and lose more money than I could have ever imagined even having in the first place.
The crazy part is… you pick yourself up. You bounce back even stronger and full of bigger goals. The craziest part is- I have met some amazing people and some of them are addicts or people who really hit the grimmest places in life, who came out of the depths and now are thriving and are rich!
5. I’ll never feel ready!
Ready is not a feeling. It is a decision!
6. Making money and being a good trader are not the same thing.
You can make money doing something stupid. You can lose money doing something correctly. One is an outcome. The other is a process. I didn’t know the difference at the start. If you think winning the lottery is the way to go- by all means go for it. But there’s a big gap between having money and knowing how to manage money!
7. I will be right many times and still lose!
This one can sting particularly bad. Especially if you are a perfectionist or someone who trusts their instincts and believes that when they speak nothing can go wrong! Learning to let go and accepting that shit happens is extremely handy here. Scam wicks happen. You move on. The faster the better.
8. More information can make me worse.
The inflow of news, information, accounts has a massive impact on your brain. Eventually you have so many voices in your head that you can’t hear your own process anymore. Knowing when to stop and sometimes even deleting social media altogether can be exactly what you need. Bare minimum- reduce the noise (unfollow, mute, block) and focus on facts in front of you. Charts have most of the information you need to make good trading decisions.
9. At some point I had to stop looking for someone to tell me what the market is going to do.
You don’t become independent by finding the right guru. You become independent by developing your own judgement. Point 8 ties in well with this one and this also brings me to the last point (ironically?...)!
10. I’ll become a teacher I always dreamed of being!!!
Mind you- we are all learning and we never stop but I dreamed of being a teacher. Life put me on different paths but eventually I landed where I was always meant to be. And I wouldn’t change it for anything. The rewards for helping others through the maze of trading are nothing short of life-fulfilling.
And helping those who come across my account and/or work with me develop their own strengths and independence has to be on top of my best achievements ever.

It is second nature to me. Think of it like the difference between a seasoned pilot and someone who's just learned how to fly. The average person can get from point A to point B, but it might be a rough ride with mistakes along the way.
Meanwhile, the experienced pilot has mastered the skies, reading the winds, knowing the instruments, and executing flawless landings no matter the weather. He knows the secrets. It’s a matter of intuition built through countless hours of flying, turning what seems complex into second nature.
Effortless execution and fine-tuned mastery only comes with deep experience.

If you don't push yourself to perform beyond your level of comfort, you don't improve your performance. Simple as that.
Why? Because performance improvements come from your body adapting to additional strain. No strain, no gain.
Strain can be unpleasant. It's taxing and it leaves you fatigued. You may feel weak, untalented, even dumb if you're training an intellectual skill such as math.
But it's completely necessary. To avoid the feeling of strain is to avoid the process of adaptation, and thus, to avoid performance improvement.
What you want is a continual cycle of strain and adaptation. That's true in athletics, and it's just as true outside of athletics.
You feel weak while exercising but you come back stronger.
You feel dumb while studying but you come back smarter.
The thing to remember when studying is that you are physically changing your brain to execute more complicated cognitive tasks.
At a fundamental level it is just like lifting weights or practicing gymnastics. The keys to effective training are the same, and so is the feeling of effective training.
Transformation is discomforting.
So BVOL charts will be terminated starting from 20th August? What are we gonna use to track volatility data?
