Talarico: Every bar has that one guy. He’s loud, he’s obnoxious, he makes all the women in the bar feel uncomfortable. He hears you say your name to the bartender and then adds his drink to your tab when you’re not looking. That’s Ken Paxton. And I don’t know about y’all, but I’m done picking up his tab.

THIS is exactly what @ABC and others should have done to Trump instead of caving and giving in and paying him off with millions of dollars.
BREAKING: The BBC has turned Donald Trump’s $10 billion defamation lawsuit against them into a January 6 trial against Trump The BBC is arguing that to win his defamation case, Trump has to prove he did not foment or incite the riot.

I love that Ukraine now has free rein to hammer the shit out of strategic targets in Moscow as Putin's air defenses collapse. Russia is losing this war. Crimea will fall soon. Putin should avoid...windows.

Been a week. The page just shows code. Tech support totally unhelpful. Why do I pay @GoDaddyHelp ? I've had 4 websites with these people for years. I see where I rate.

The great @JonathanPieNews here encapsulates Trump's (and America's) humiliation by Iran like nobody else can.

Mast: I will give you a quick math equation. Maybe they do end up getting $20 billion… We are still $300 to $500 billion ahead considering we destroyed their navy, destroyed their air force, destroyed all those nuclear facilities.

Elias: Why does California have signature matching? They have it to satisfy the same right-wing zealots who claim there’s fraud, right? So they do this whole kabuki theater that takes all of this time in order to contend with the fact that people say that if you don’t do signature matching, there’s going to be fraud. And then they get attacked for taking the time to do that very thing. The fact that the New York Times thinks there’s a middle ground here… Here’s my message: I don’t compromise with Republicans because there is no middle ground between a firefighter and an arsonist, and they are trying to burn down democracy.

Incredible. Scotland puts a wind turbine near Trump’s golf course in Aberdeen 20 years ago. He sues and loses. Then his resulting hatred of wind turbines now ends up with the US Secretaries of Defense & Interior fabricating absurd lies to justify killing wind energy in the US.
Burgum on wind turbines: We have a report from Hegseth that it’s a national security threat. You could launch an attack on the US in with a bunch of drones coming through a wind tower field, it would undetectable until it was came through because the radar interference

BREAKING: CNN Just Highlighted A Pretty Devastating Number. 84% of Americans say the Epstein files reinforce their belief that powerful people are rarely held accountable. Think about that. Not 84% of Democrats. Not 84% of Republicans. 84% of Americans. The breakdown was even more striking: - 82% of Republicans - 80% of Independents - 90% of Democrats Prediction markets have reportedly lowered the odds that Todd Blanche becomes Trump's next Attorney General. The Epstein controversy isn't creating distrust. It's validating distrust that was already there. And now it's starting to affect people connected to the administration.

Interestingly, reducing the overall size of ODNI is not controversial. Many on both sides of the aisle would support. And Tulsi was already doing that. And deputy Lukas would have continued if he were acting. It’s the potential weaponization part of the Pulte appointment that has many highly alarmed. Not the right sizing of ODNI.
SCOOP: President Trump in an exclusive interview tells me he expects and has made clear to Bill Pulte, his new acting Director of National Intelligence, he wants him to make sweeping personnel cuts and major changes to the U.S. intelligence community, in particular taking aim at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. “You're less shackled,” Trump told me about Pulte’s temporary role. “It sort of gives you more power.” wsj.com/politics/national-se…

Trump doesn’t really have a conception of national security because he has no conception of any interest beyond himself and his own circle
Replying to @RadioFreeTom
This just proves (again) that he's willing to play games with national security. He's willing to put his own personal henchman in this critically important role to exact political revenge on a grand scale.

The President of the United States said I insulted Jesus. You want to know what insults Jesus? Kicking the sick off their healthcare. Bombing schoolchildren in Iran. Deporting moms and babies. Covering up the Epstein files.

Any update on the Iran deal? I was told reliably by Axios that we are on the verge of an agreement yesterday. Checked out of the news while at a wedding last night so I am surprised to wake up without any announcements.
