Three questions every entrepreneur should ask:
❓Do people genuinely want this?
❓Can the economics support it?
❓Is there a smarter way to deliver the result?
Demand. Capital. Innovation Arbitrage.
Simple questions. Surprisingly profound implications.
That's The Triad Paradigm. Get it free/read it here > hodgkinsonpublishing.com
Your next business opportunity is probably not a brand-new invention.
It is usually an existing frustration people already tolerate, combined with resources you can actually access, plus a simpler way to deliver value.
The Triad Paradigm + Opportunity Lab forces you to look at an idea through those three lenses before you build. Free with code: TRIAD

Discover the opportunity behind the idea.
Most ideas die because one of the three forces is weak and the founder never noticed:
❌No real behavioural demand
❌Capital/resources that don’t match the path
❌No structural friction worth exploiting
I built a free interactive Lab that walks you through the three forces and produces an Opportunity Blueprint + next experiment + AI prompts. Book + Lab free with code TRIAD.

The companies that keep compounding usually reverse the normal sequence.
They find behavioural demand first.
Then attract capital (or resources) that already wants the direction.
Then exploit a structural inefficiency instead of inventing something new.
AI accelerates the middle and the end. It does not fix a weak first step.
Check out the book and tool I think you'll find it very helpful (just use TRIAD at the cart and it's free) 🫡
AI removed the “I can’t build it” constraint for a lot of founders.
It did not remove the three constraints that still kill businesses:
❌No behavioural demand
❌Resources that don’t match the path
❌No structural friction worth exploiting
Execution got cheaper.
Architecture got more important.
Most founders declare product-market fit too early.
Interest (a like, a “sounds cool,” a survey nod) is not demand.
Demand is behavioural: people pull the thing into their life unprompted, change a habit and tell others.
AI is making it trivial to get interest. It is not making real demand any easier.
That gap is where most 2026 ideas will die.
There is a difference between having a download ready and having a business ready.
A creator can spend weeks on the ebook, the tool or the course and still have an unclear audience, an average offer, a weak sales page and no sensible promotional plan.

Want another £10,000 a month? That is not really a strategy. Axiom Engine lets you work backwards from the target and compare different routes: more customers, higher value, stronger conversion, better retention or several smaller improvements working together.

Most marketing software helps you execute something after you have already decided what to do. Axiom Engine sits one step earlier and helps you decide what may be worth doing in the first place. That difference is much bigger than it sounds.
I’ve wanted software like Axiom Engine for about 20 years: something that looks at how a business actually makes money and helps answer a deceptively simple question — which number is worth improving next? Thanks to Prompt Tool Factory, I finally built it.

You can run the experience in two ways...
Let the prospect take the self-serve route and receive a tailored AI prompt immediately.
Or bring the brief into the private Fulfilment Studio, prepare the makeover with AI assistance, review it yourself and deliver a polished branded report.
Either way, the prospect gets something genuinely useful.
And instead of following up with:
“Just checking whether you saw my email…”
…you already know what they’re working on and where you may be able to help.
That’s a much better place to start a sales conversation. See Offer Makeover Machine 👇

This is why the strongest quizzes are not really quizzes at all.
They are decision engines.
The questions are simply how the engine learns enough to make a more relevant diagnosis, recommendation or offer.
That is what I wanted the new Quiz Stacker demo to demonstrate.
Different people can answer the same nine questions and receive completely different results, explanations and next-step recommendations. The experience adapts because their answers have consequences.
Try it yourself here: quizstacker.com/demo/
As you go through it, notice how little it feels like filling in a form. You are participating in the argument—and by the time the result appears, the recommended next step has a reason to exist. 🤑

We Must Pace the Frontier: I’ve written a new essay on why the AI industry should slow down, with a three-part plan for doing so.
Anthropic is unilaterally committing to the first of these steps. We’ll provide third-party evaluators with permanent, employee-level access to our systems, so that they can verify adherence to our safety measures, report on incidents, and assess models’ alignment during training.

Latest Custom GPTs Update:
GPT Creator Pro members update today
I need to make you aware of a significant change @OpenAI has made to Custom GPTs inside ChatGPT. I also want to be completely transparent about what has changed, what has NOT changed and what this means for GPT Creator Pro.
First: GPT Creator Pro is NOT going anywhere
GPT Creator Pro will continue to operate, will continue to be supported and will continue to be updated. We are transitioning our own GPT development and publishing operation to a ChatGPT Business account so that we can continue maintaining GPT Creator Pro and the other GPT-based tools used by thousands of our customers.
Your access to GPT Creator Pro itself is not being withdrawn as a result of this change. Unfortunately, however, OpenAI has changed what individual ChatGPT account holders are allowed to do with Custom GPTs.
What OpenAI Has Changed: OpenAI now states that personal ChatGPT accounts can no longer create or publish new GPTs.
That restriction applies to:
ChatGPT Free
ChatGPT Go
ChatGPT Plus
ChatGPT Pro
This is an OpenAI platform decision. It is not a change made by DigitalWebRocket or GPT Creator Pro and it is completely outside our control.
OpenAI currently says that GPT creation and publishing remain available through Business, Enterprise and Edu workspaces, subject to the relevant workspace settings and permissions.
I want to make this distinction particularly clear because many GPT Creator Pro members joined while ChatGPT Plus allowed them to build and commercially distribute the GPTs they created.
OpenAI has now removed that capability from personal accounts without any notice or warning.
I appreciate that this is an extremely significant change for anybody who has built a business, product range or service around creating and distributing GPTs. I am personally very disappointed with OpenAI's decision.
What About GPTs You've Already Created?
There is some reassuring news here. OpenAI currently states that existing GPTs remain available to use. It also states that previously created GPTs may continue to be edited where the account's existing subscription and permissions allow it.
Most importantly for GPT Creator Pro members, I have consistently recommended publishing your customer-facing GPTs using "Anyone with the link."
OpenAI's current documentation still defines this sharing method as allowing anyone who has the link to access that GPT, and OpenAI confirms that signed-in users can access GPTs through direct links.
Therefore, the GPTs you have already created and successfully shared using "Anyone with the link" should continue to be accessible through those existing links.
Your existing customers do not suddenly lose access simply because OpenAI has stopped personal accounts from publishing new GPTs. However, I don't want to give you a guarantee that OpenAI itself does not give. These are OpenAI's current policies and could change again in the future.
What If You Stay On Plus, Pro or Another Personal Plan?
At the time of writing, OpenAI says:
Your existing GPTs remain available to use.
You may still be able to edit GPTs you previously created where your subscription and permissions permit it.
However, personal accounts can no longer create or publish new GPTs.
Sharing options for an existing GPT also depend upon which options OpenAI currently makes available within your account. So if you have an existing GPT that is already distributed through an "Anyone with the link" URL, preserve that link.
Do not assume that because you previously had GPT publishing capabilities on Plus or Pro you will continue to have the ability to create new public sharing links or republish GPTs in the future.
Should You Upgrade To ChatGPT Business?
This is where I do not want to tell you what to do.
Changing from a personal ChatGPT workspace to Business involves decisions about whether to keep your personal workspace separate or merge it into the Business workspace. OpenAI now provides documentation explaining that process. It states that, when a personal workspace is merged into Business, GPTs and chat history are moved into the Business workspace. It also states that a merge is permanent and cannot be undone and identifies other important consequences of migration. I am told the switch is not instantaneous and can take several hours (some reported a few days)
Because you may have years of chats, GPTs and other material inside your existing ChatGPT account, I strongly recommend reading OpenAI's documentation yourself before making that decision.
I am deliberately not going to tell members simply to "upgrade and everything will be fine." This is your ChatGPT account and your data, and I don't think it would be responsible for me to make that decision on your behalf.
Official OpenAI Information
Please refer to these OpenAI Help Center pages for the latest information:
GPTs in ChatGPT — explains who can currently use, create and publish GPTs, and what OpenAI says happens to existing GPTs.
Creating and Editing GPTs — confirms that Free, Go, Plus and Pro personal accounts cannot create or publish new GPTs and explains the current Business/Enterprise/Edu requirements.
Sharing and Publishing GPTs — explains "Anyone with the link," GPT Store publishing, permissions and current publishing restrictions.
Managing Workspace Lifecycle and Migration in ChatGPT Business — this is particularly important if you are considering moving your personal account and existing GPTs into Business. Read this before making any migration decision.
Where This Leaves GPT Creator Pro
GPT Creator Pro still does exactly what it was designed to do: help you research, design, structure, create, position, market and commercialise powerful Custom GPT products.
We will continue developing it. We will continue updating it. We will continue supporting it for as long as the option exists.
We have already prepared for the necessary move on our side to ChatGPT Business so that GPT Creator Pro and our own published GPT tools can continue to be maintained for our customers.
What has changed is OpenAI's account requirement for members who want to create and publish new GPTs themselves.
I wish I could change that. I can't. It is an OpenAI policy change, not a GPT Creator Pro change and it affects the underlying ChatGPT platform on which GPT Creator Pro has always operated. I know some of you have built genuine businesses around the GPTs you created with this system, which is exactly why I wanted to communicate this openly rather than quietly change a footnote somewhere in the members area.
As OpenAI provides further clarification or changes these rules again, or they realise what a terrible mistake this is for them and their reputation and reverse policy (seems unlikely at the moment) I will continue to keep GPT Creator Pro updated and will keep members informed.

Replying to @SimonHodgkinson
from what I have researched:
1. Unless you have a business level account you can no longer publish and share GPTs.
2. You can still use them (and so can the users you shared them with) but I don't know if you can update and republish them later - it doesn't seem likely
3. If your GPT was already set to “Anyone with the link,” then anyone who has that link can still access the GPT
4. Personal ChatGPT plans (Free, Go, Plus, Pro) can’t create or publish new GPTs. GPT creation / sharing / publishing is available in Business, Enterprise and Edu workspaces
5. @OpenAI whatya doing 🧐🤡
Great idea - We want Groklets!
