DEFRA suspended the application process for new bathing water sites in May.
I know bathing waters won't solve all pollution problems but they help. And the regulations could be improved.

I've always suspected I'm more of a sprinter than a long-distance swimmer, despite doing lots of long-distance swims and swim training.
This graph may confirm my suspicions.

Obviously, I'm much slower. But I was more interested in the slope of the curve, which runs roughly parallel to Zhanle's.
