Did @JetBlue go out of business? Flight from LA was delayed 5hrs then cxld at 3.00am . Zero staff to deal with passengers. Clearly they either don’t care or went bust? I know all US airlines hate passengers but this is extreme

It’s perfectly on brand. They prefer you to fly with someone else. That’s why they do all they can corporately to ensure your misery. Less passengers means less hassle, less work etc.

Trapped on a United flight (Newark to Vancouver) at the gate then the tarmac for 6 and 1/2 hours. Why are US airlines so shitty?

Rather boring scam from @tripcomgroup - bait and switch to sell you a flight you don’t want, then charge a fee to cancel. Maybe they’re in trouble and need the cash? Best to try another site for flights.

I remember walking up Frith St to work in the morning just before Xmas in 1995 and getting an espresso in @TheBaristas and they slipped a quick grappa in to warm the Xmas spirit. That’s the Xmas spirit I miss being here in Shanghai. Merry Merry

I’m so sad to see this news today. The Specials were an essential part of my childhood and their music and style still influence me today. I always felt I’d run into Terry one day at the shops. I didn’t.
