Every software quote prices the building of the thing. Almost none of them price getting your existing customers, prices and orders into it, and the person who ends up retyping all of that is usually one of yours.

Software vendor red flags, in their own words:"The domain is in our name for now, it is simpler.""We will sort out the handover after go live.""You do not need a written scope, we work flexibly.""We will give you the source code at the end."Which one have you heard?

A chatbot that cannot hand you to a person should not be switched on. Gartner asked 3,566 customers this year. Only 27% would try a chatbot again after one bad experience. 87% say a way to reach a human is essential. One bad answer and they are gone. Prove us wrong.

The version with a way out: a bot that answers the questions it is sure about and hands the rest to a person, with the customer's message attached. How we build AI assistants for businesses: silverhamster.com/blog/ai-ag…

Genuine question. Which one system, if it went down on Monday morning, would stop money coming into your business? Not the one you like using. The one that quietly moves invoices or orders. It is rarely the CRM.
