ALT Lyney. Pyroraptor (France), a small paravian theropod with affinities to be either a dromaeosaurid or an unenlagiid; it got it's name meaning "fire thief" from it's discovery after an event of a forest fire
ALT Lynette. Variraptor (France), a dromaeosaurid theropod named from really fragmentary remains of all over the place, some might consider it as a chimeric genus; based on a hip bone (sacrum), it was much larger than it's contemporary Pyroraptor
ALT Freminet. Metriorhynchus (France), a medium-sized crocodylomorph with paddle-like flippers and a tail fluke; it came from a lineage of marine relative to modern crocodiles called "Thalattosuchians", and it loss all of it's bony skin (osteoderms) in favour of hydrodynamic skin
ALT Chevreuse. Erectopus (France), a basal allosauroid based on fossil fragments which includes a femur, which gave it's name meaning "upright foot"; recent studies may have consider it as a metriacanthosaurid (shut up, no laughing)
ALT Clorinde. Liopleurodon (France & England), a big pliosaur from the Middle Jurassic, well known in media as a powerful swimmer; despite what documentaries said about it's size, estimations only shows around an 8-10m in length
ALT Emilie. Rhabdodon (France), an iguanodontian with a robust jaw fille with shearing teeth for herbivory; it was the largest genus of the rhabdodontid family, due to most small taxon found in island-based fossil beds (like Zalmoxes)
ALT Escoffier. Caletodraco (France), an abelisaurid recently discovered in 2024, from a partial sacrum and few teeth probably from it; it was the first furelisaurian (known for having Carnotaurus) to be named outside of South America, expanding the clade's range to Europe
ALT Wriothesley. Baryonyx (England), a spinosaurid with a much complete skeleton, which includes the notable large pair of foreclaws it got the name from; it was the first theropod to shed light on a piscivorous (fish) diet based on anatomy and stomach content
ALT Sigewinne. Puzosia (Worldwide), one of the many genus of ammonites to distribute and diversify in the Cretaceous period; as a desmoceratid, the family had outward coiling shells and a range of sizes with it's relative Parapuzosia being the largest one yet
ALT Neuvillette. Mosasaurus (Worldwide), a giant marine squamate who was one of the apex carnivores of the late Cretaceous oceans; it was one of the first reptiles recognized to be from the Mesozoic era, prior to the concept of the age itself
ALT New Valet also. Tylosaurus (North Atlantic, including one species from France), a russellosaurine mosasaur known for it's length and an elongated snout tipped with a "knob"; it mainly dominates the the America's Western Interior Seaway, but niche partitioning is likely practice to co-exist with many other mosasaur species throughout the Cretaceous oceans
ALT Wriothesley. Baryonyx (England), a spinosaurid with a much complete skeleton, which includes the notable large pair of foreclaws it got the name from; it was the first theropod to shed light on a piscivorous (fish) diet based on anatomy and stomach content
