‘Hi Dave, The corruption runs deeper than we think and know. My neighbour is an architect who said that he charges government projects 3 times higher than private projects. Just because he can and no one cares. In addition, they submit frequent variation invoices and they are simply paid! No audits, no scrutiny, no questions asked!! This is how our public money is spent irresponsibly.’ Every cent of taxpayer spending at all levels of the public service should be on a live register. The technology is surely available. Bring it all into the light.
