I don’t know anything about writing bills but why on earth since President Trump has no intentions on cutting any Social Security or Medicare benefits to living people, can’t you add that to the big budget bill? You can simply say “No financial benefits will be withheld from any living person qualified to receive Social Security or Medicare benefits.” Just wondering.
