What about the current state with all the cheaters infesting the game? Are they planning to do anything about it for Season 2? Simply banning from servers wont permanently solve the problem, especially with whats currently known.

Id really like Riot to bring back Gwens jungle scaling or at least make her passive heal from jungle monsters instead of only healing against champions.

Does all of this only apply to Valo or does it also apply to League? The amount of level 30 smurfs and rank manipulation in low elo below Diamond has gotten completely out of hand, to the point where ranked is basically unplayable or just drains the last bit of patience you have
