No more applications seeking “visitation rights.”
A parent is NOT a visitor in the life of their own child!
Following the Karnataka High Court order in Anamika Jha v. Mayank Mrinal (WP 26958/2026), Justice Lalitha Kanneganti emphasised that no parent should be made to feel like a visitor.
The circular dated 03.10.2026 applies to filings, pleadings and orders in Bengaluru Family Courts.
A father doesn’t need visitation rights to be a father. He needs meaningful parenting time with his child.

Every single day, I post 2–5 cases of men being murdered by their wives.

It is clear that older generation is a problem. But why only business communities have to be singled out?
Older generation of people in politics or judiciary are also be struggling to deal with Gen Z challenges, for example suicides, alimony or shared custody.
Suicides issue is like a joke for older men at Supreme Court.

A lot creativity flows!!
When a female's marriage starts breaking, she and her parents misuse default sympathy in the society to cook a story. Soon, relatives add more masala and this false story spreads far and wide.
The opposite happens for the man. His own relatives and friends judge him. They do not believe him. They even spread false stories of he being an impotent guy or a wife beater etc.
