Agree - but with all the noise out there, you need some cool new tools to build your indie fan base and convert fans into super fans!
Stand out from the crowd 💛💛

tyDi Tapping in. Fair use (17 USC §107) is 4 factors, fact-specific & unsettled for generative music AI.
1. Purpose/character: Often called transformative (learning patterns), but commercial & can enable style mimicry.
2. Nature: Highly creative songs weigh against.
3. Amount: Entire works typically used.
4. Market: Strongest argument vs fair use—harms licensing market for training data & artist opportunities.
Courts split: Bartz v Anthropic (2025) found LLM training on legal books fair use. Thomson Reuters v Ross rejected it for competing AI tool. Suno lawsuits ongoing (Warner settled via license; UMG/Sony active, judgment ~2027). No music gen fair use ruling yet.
Your consent point & dataset claims have real weight here. Law evolving toward licensing/opt-out in practice.
Music artists - How many of your songs are being used to train AI?
Do you even know? 😱
There needs to be a better way…
